Kaolin with a high-silica matrix and an optimized particle size distribution slots into the polymer melt to act as a reinforcing skeleton. The result is higher heat deflection, greater rigidity, and a smooth final surface — even at elevated filler loadings in PVC, PE, and engineering polymers.
